I Need a Job Fast - 3 Tips For When You're Stressing Out and Need to Get a Job Fast!

There's really nothing worse than being in a position where the bills are coming in but you've got no source of money so that you can pay these bills. If you're worrying and thinking, "I need a job fast", then pat yourself on the back for not laying down and giving up.
You should also be proud that you're not looking for a government handout to make your money problems go away. You're looking to take responsibility for your own situation, and that's exactly what the world needs more of these days.
Finding a job isn't easy these in this time of economic turmoil. Employers are shying away from hiring simply because they don't know themselves how long they'll be able to stay in business. Therefore if you need a job, then unfortunately you fall victim to these tough times.
However there are things that you can do to make finding a job fast a lot easier.
Here are 3 Tips for When You Need a Job Fast...
Tip #1: Network... Believe it or not, the majority of the time when someone lands a job, it's not because of what they know, but who they know. It might be sad to think about, and a little bit frustrating, but it's a simple fact, and right now, you don't have time to worry about the justices of the world. You need some money to put food on the table.
So... start making a list and thinking about who you've helped in the past. Who owes you a favor? Who has a job somewhere that you might want to work at? Who are the people that you know in influential positions that can help you?
Or...who do you know whose doing OK for themselves, and can teach you how they're making their money. We all know that one guy or gal who's always got money in there pocket, and always has some sort of exciting venture going on. Talk to those people. You may find that finding a job isn't necessary and learning what they know is a better way to go.
Tip #2 Assess Your Skills... Not only will you need to do this to spruce up your resume, but you're going to need to make sure that you're going after the opportunities where you've got the best chance of moving to the top of the pile.
This job environment is one where employers are being very careful with who they select. Buying insurance for employees is expensive these days, and if Obama has his way it's going to get more expensive in the U.S., so you've got to make sure that you're touting your skills, and writing a resume that gets results if you're in a position where you're saying "I need a job fast".
Tip #3 Stop Looking for a Job and Start Your Own Business... This may actually be a blessing in disguise for you. You may be in a position that very few people ever get to be in.
I know, you're wondering how in the heck that could possibly be true that you're in a good position. Well the fact is that you've got no job holding you down right now, so starting your own business (especially one from home) could be your best bet at this time.
Let's face it, you've got time. Most people talk about and want to start a business their entire lives but never do it because they have not time. They have no time because they have a job that gives them no time (or so they think). You on the the other hand have time because while you may think I need a job fast what you're really saying is "I need money fast".
Your own business can also get you money, and you have more time than most people to really put into this business.
Here's the deal...being in a position where you wake up thinking I need a job fast is a scary one to be in. When you're day consists of you thinking I need to find a job, the stress level is very high.
You can either sit around or you can start doing something today to get a job...or as I stated in Tip 3, make your own money with your own business, or home business.
Either way you need take hold of the situation. If you're saying I need a job then you owe it to yourself to explore your options. The tips above should help you get out of your situation in pretty good time.
Personally I chose to go the home business route as in Tip #3 and haven't looked back since.
